Our Insight Series is an open programme of workshops held at convenient locations across the country, which are ideal if you have a smaller number of people who want training. These short, focused training and skills development workshops of between one and three days give individuals the opportunity to mix with delegates from other organisations. Small group workshops allow for an element of personalised learning with the opportunity to really tackle individual challenges and issues as well as share ideas and learn from others' experiences.

These workshops provide practical 'tools and techniques' and an individual action plan, so delegates can take learning from the workshop back into their organisation. With a follow-up learning review meeting to support the implementation of the plan, U&I provides advice and guidance on how to move forward and really exploit what has been learnt.
